Yes, you may use your paid license on all your android devices. Make sure that the same Google Account is used on all devices.

If an other device will not detect that you have a paid license
Try to purchase the app again - it will fail (you should not be able to see pricing and so one), but the app will detect that your account has a valid license and re-activate it.
